providing reliable, high quality construction expertise
to homeowners interested in remodeling and refurbishing. Over the
last 25 years we have succeeded in building a solid reputation
for consistency, high quality and reliability among our peers,
customers and competitors.
Our office is located in Burleson, TX, where we are currently
serving the Dallas, Ft. Worth, Metroplex, Oklahoma, and Lousianna.
are working diligently to expand our operation.
We currently have established office hours
of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We also have
24 hour on call response through cell phones on weekends. We have just recently added to our website with complete
job status information, accessible anytime and updated daily.
What We Offer:

2. Each installer has been individually trained to meet the standards
of work required to work for Unique Installations.
3. Mobile field superintendent to troubleshoot, measure jobs and
submit all pricing.
4. All measures contacted and if allowed by customer will be faxed
within 48 hours.
5. Office staff trained and ready for increased work load.
6. Random quality inspections made on a weekly basis.
7. On line, thru our new web site, you can now obtain up to date,
immediate information for jobs being installed by Unique Installations
for your customer. This site will be continually updated to inform
you and your stores of the most recent status for each job.
8. “On Call” 24 hour emergency installs for break ins.
9. In house criminal background and drivers license checks to be
completed within 24 hours for newly hired installers.
10. Quick turnaround on installation services, Monday thru Saturday.
Our standard lead time commitment from purchase order date to completed
job is two (2) days. We can also offer 24 hour turnaround if this
better suits the customer’s needs.
11. A “Merchandise to be Pulled” list can be sent to
each store for jobs scheduled for the day.

Our experience has shown us that the most difficult task to complete
is having communication between the stores, Unique Installations,
and our customers. To aid in getting information to the stores
and the customer for them to purchase their doors and windows at
their time frame allowed, we can offer our website.
In order to further expedite this process, we have made our website
accessible to whoever might be in need of this information. Store
personnel accessing this information will be given a password.
Our website will give them the most recent measurement information,
job status, and an actual customer approval signature sheet, posted
on the site for job completion.
If job has not been completed and the store does not know why,
they can simply go to our website to find out. They will also find
what we are in the process of doing to complete the job. If a door
or window has been special ordered the expected arrival date will
also be posted. This keeps everyone informed at ALL times.
We also have the ability to send status reports to each store
and many other reports as needed or requested. Store personnel
can access our site with current changes on their end as well and
we will be notified as the changes are entered into job status.
As you can see, this tool will also help in completing your door
and window installations in a more efficient manner and overall
customer satisfaction which is both our main goals.
